The Cocoa Beach area has a small, beach community feel to it, but still has all the offerings of Central Florida action, as well as excellent restaurants. The resort is located on 200 feet of beachfront, within walking distance of the Cocoa Beach Pier. Las Olas Beach Club of Cocoa Beach has one-, two-, and three-bedroom fully furnished condominiums, ranging in size from 1500+ to 1700+ square feet. Some units have an oceanfront view and some have poolside views.

Atmosphere is an important part of the fun at Las Olas Beach Club – we host activities for our guests every week – karaoke, sand castle contests, surf lessons, crafts, and more. We encourage people to join us – we do not bother you with sales pitches.

Availability: With only 28 units – and a loyal following of owners and repeat renters – openings per week are very few so be flexible when searching for us. Florida is a year round destination, and timeshare exchange space gets filled as soon as it is deposited.

On the RCI weeks system, we are a once every four years resort. Oceanfront units are very rare to come by in the RCI system, so plan on a poolside view and a short walk to get to the beach.

Our Gold Crown Resort History: The Las Olas Beach Club of Cocoa Beach is a 28-unit, purpose-built timeshare resort that opened in June, 1988. The resort features 12 poolside units and 16 oceanfront units. The resort was built by Thomas and Violet Matey, who moved to Florida from Chicago in the late 70’s and previous developed our sister resort, Las Olas Beach Club in Satellite Beach. The family still manages the resort. In 1992, RCI created the Gold Crown designation to distinguish the highest rated resorts based on standards and customer feedback. Less than three dozen resorts have maintained the award consecutively since 1992 – and we are among them.

I had high hopes, they were exceeded Every resort should be this nice. literally right on the beach with perfect sand.The most comfortable bed of any resort we've visited in over 25 years. The one bedroom was huge at over 1,600 sq ft with two bathrooms. The cleanliness and maintenance of the unit and property were clearly visible and top of the line.

To give a final idea of how perfect it is, we bought two weeks so that we can return year after year. My wife and I recommend this resort unconditionally.

Nice but Quirky Las Olas is a great resort. It sits on the ocean, but there is still quite a walk to the beach. Once at the beach, there is a small hill you must descend to get to the water. Going down the hill is fine, climbing up that omg hot brown sand wasn’t as much fun. The resort offers surf lessons, which tells you the water there isn’t calm. The pool had an obvious film on the water the first day we were there. Day four when we went back it was clean.
The room and balcony was very spacious. We had 2bdrm room 42. It was pool facing (we were told multiple times RCI members don’t get ocean view rooms and can’t return but once every 4yrs) the 2bdrm had a bonus tv room with 2 chairs and a small tv and table. Would be great to have a separate sitting area if you had kids or another couple with you. The unit must be seldom used. Smelled very musty, had a layer of dust on some furniture. Hard floor throughout unit except bdrms. Master bdrm carpet was dirty, bathroom fan is ridiculously loud, kitchen cabinets were sticky.

The resort hands everyone a piece of paper with the first and last names of the people in the unit, where they are from, their unit number and if they own or rent…invasion of privacy!
There are signs up telling you not to discuss vaccination status or ask anyone about wearing a mask.
They keep telling you how exclusive they are, while trying to sell you a timeshare.

GREAT STAY! Such a friendly, clean resort. Felt right at home right away. Rooms are spacious and very well kept...just steps away from the ocean. Beach is awesome and Cocoa Beach has a lot of fun things to do...Great room in a great area! A win-win!!!

Great Vacation Spot Really enjoyed out stay at Las Olas Beach Club. The unit was was much larger than we expected and we were pleasantly surprised. We had a poolside room which got a little noisy at times but we still enjoyed sitting out on the huge balcony. We were told that it is very difficult to get a beachfront room here because the owners usually have those booked or are using them. There are gas grills for use here and washers/dryers in every unit. Location was great too!

Probably best exchange I have ever made! This property is amazing. The rooms are huge and they have recently been remodeled so the rooms are very clean. I found out this is a family owned resort and they are on the property all the time. The staff is wonderful. Only down side is the beach towel rental.....Not a huge amount of money but the quantity of the beach towel is not good. Go buy a towel from the dollar store.
