Stoneridge Resort, located in beautiful Blanchard, Idaho, sits 35 miles north of Coeur d’Alene and 40 miles south of Sandpoint in the scenic Idaho Panhandle. Surrounded by the StoneRidge Golf Course, the resort occupies approximately 11 acres of land, creating a peaceful retreat that feels like an island within a planned community.

The resort features 150 well-appointed condominiums and a 24,000-square-foot recreation center, along with a park, picnic pavilion, playground, and a state-of-the-art miniature golf course. More than 5,400 families own deeded timeshare weeks at Stoneridge Resort, but the property also offers condominium rentals to the public.

Stoneridge Resort is affiliated with two nationally recognized exchange companies: Resort Condominiums International (RCI), which has awarded the resort its Silver Crown Resort rating, and Interval International.

The resort consists of four three-story multi-plex buildings connected by two elevator-equipped structures, providing easy access throughout the property. Our suites include primarily studios and one-bedroom condominiums, all comfortably furnished with full kitchens and cozy cabin-style décor that reflects the character of North Idaho. Our 24,000-square-foot Recreation Center is one of the highlights of the property. The hardwood-floor gymnasium includes a full basketball court that also accommodates indoor volleyball and pickleball during the winter months. Guests can enjoy a fully equipped workout room with weights, machines, and a variety of aerobic exercise equipment.

The indoor pool and outdoor patio are among our most popular amenities. Nearby, guests can relax in the spacious hot tub, which comfortably seats 12, or enjoy the steam room and dry sauna.

Visitors will find a craft room and a complimentary game room featuring an interactive kids’ floor game, a classic video game system loaded with vintage favorites, a pool table, air hockey, and ping pong. Racquets, fishing poles, cross-country skis, and snowshoes are available free of charge, and bicycle rentals are offered for a small fee.

The resort grounds also include barbeque areas, a playground, and a picnic shelter for guests to enjoy.

One of Stoneridge’s most unique attractions is the Panhandle Loop Mini Golf Course, which features 19 holes representing historic and geological sites throughout the Idaho Panhandle. Guests receive a map that corresponds to the course and outlines a scenic 275-mile historic driving loop through the region. A small usage fee applies for the mini golf course.

While there is plenty to do on site, Stoneridge Resort is centrally located between Sandpoint and Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, as well as Spokane, Washington. These nearby cities offer a wide variety of cultural and entertainment activities, including museums, theater performances, live music, fairs, shopping, dining, and sporting events such as semi-professional hockey and baseball, college basketball, and arena football.

Silverwood Theme Park is a popular summer destination, located a short 30-minute drive away. The 221-acre park features more than 70 rides and attractions, including four roller coasters, an Old West train ride, magic shows, rides for children, thrill rides like SpinCycle and Aftershock, and a large water park with a lazy river and water slides.

Stoneridge Resort is also within an hour’s drive of three of Idaho’s most beautiful lakes: Lake Coeur d’Alene, Lake Pend Oreille, and Priest Lake. Each offers boating, swimming, fishing, guided cruises, waterfront dining, and abundant wildlife viewing opportunities.

Winter visitors will find extensive snowmobile and cross-country ski trails nearby. Four downhill ski areas are located just over an hour away: Mt. Spokane State Park, 49 Degrees North Mountain Resort near Chewelah, Washington, Silver Mountain in Kellogg, Idaho, and Schweitzer Mountain Resort overlooking Sandpoint and beautiful Lake Pend Oreille.

Within a 40-mile radius of the resort, guests can explore 13 golf courses, fish at nearby Lake Sans Souci (non-motorized boats only), and enjoy water activities such as kayaking, tubing, and water skiing on the region’s many lakes. In fact, there are nearly 20 lakes within 40 miles of Stoneridge Resort.

Lake Coeur d’Alene stretches 25 miles with over 135 miles of shoreline and guided lake cruises available from April through January. Lake Pend Oreille, the fifth deepest lake in the United States, reaches depths of over 1,150 feet and offers scenic cruises from June through late October.

Nearby Farragut State Park, once home to a major U.S. Navy training station during World War II, now provides hiking, biking, camping, and historic sites to explore.
